1. About CampusPlug Uganda
CampusPlug Uganda is an advertising platform that allows verified Ugandan university students ("Sellers") to list their products and services for discovery by members of the public ("Buyers"). The platform does not facilitate transactions, deliveries, or communication between buyers and sellers beyond providing contact information.
2. Seller Eligibility
To register as a Seller, you must: (a) be currently enrolled at a recognised Ugandan university; (b) have a valid university-issued student email address; (c) be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to verify your student status at any time.
3. Buyer Registration
Any person may register as a Buyer using a valid email address. Buyers are not required to be students. Buyers may browse all public listings without registering.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
Sellers must maintain an active subscription to keep their listings visible. Subscriptions are purchased via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. Payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has begun. A 7-day free trial is offered to all new sellers.
5. Seller WhatsApp Contact
By registering as a Seller, you acknowledge and consent that your WhatsApp phone number will be displayed publicly on your listing pages and visible to all users, including guests who are not registered on the platform.
6. Prohibited Listings
Sellers may not list: (a) illegal goods or services; (b) counterfeit products; (c) adult or sexually explicit content; (d) items that violate intellectual property rights. CampusPlug Uganda reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these guidelines, without notice or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
CampusPlug Uganda is an advertising platform only. We do not participate in, guarantee, or take responsibility for any transaction, communication, or interaction that occurs between Sellers and Buyers outside of the platform. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
